Toque on Tap: 5.19 - 6.3

Yo..check it. Training and travel have been getting the better of my typing lately as the Omega Hit squad (also known as Benny and The Jets) have been crushing tarmac and breaking hearts all over the eastern seaboard. Today is the first time that I've had a chance to sit down with any energy left over to put some words together...must be the music....

So without further ado...here is what is on tap these next few days.

School Visits in Wilmington
1) A race report from my first two podiums of the season: Wilmington GP's prologue TT and the Saturday NCC criterium; 2) A lifestyle reflection of the differences between racing and racing at the front, a comparison of the last three seasons; 3) A new video update to the final page of my coaching company, introducing the new program options and how you can get started; 4) B.I.K.E.S #8 discussing perseverance when the chips are down; 5) A post-race recovery technique from Toque Torque and of course race reports from the pre-Philly warmup races. 6) There will also be a few MFS articles from yours truly discussing stretching routines and how to go fast in a go kart...however I still need to finish writing them so they'll be out shortly.
