Finding Optimal Nutrition

Learn More @ FoodnSport
Since November 2010, I've been on a health and nutrition journey to heal my asthma that has plagued my athletic potential since the age of 4. After many changes, many mistakes and many lessons learned, I came across a high carb, high fruit, vegan lifestyle this past spring; however I didn't do that right either! USA Crit Series 2013 Review

Read the 2013 guide for free here.
It's been in the US criterium scene that I have enjoyed most of my cycling success and if it weren't for guys like Gene Dixon who continue to dream big and push the sport to new heights, a lot of the opportunities that I've enjoyed wouldn't have been there to begin with.

There are changes to the USA Crits series next year which will see an exclusion of Pro Continental Teams and a greater focus on Continental and Amateur squads to liven up the racing and I'm sure it will do just that. These races are always well-attended by racers and fans alike. Don't trust me? Take a look at the 2013 annual review and get amped for the next event near you.

2014 will be here before you know it. Read the 2013 guide for free here.

Living in a bubble of comfort is not living. It is surviving.

At BIKES, we aim to inspire a pursuit of one's dream goals but that doesn't mean it is always going to be flowers and champagne.  It will a long uphill battle that, at times, seems to have no end. But if you are living in that moment, does it matter how big the hill is?
